Refund policy

Exchanges: We can offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery provided that the item is in it's original condition, we cannot offer exchanges on earrings for health and safety reasons.

Refunds: We can offer refunds on items if they arrive faulty within 14 days of delivery, pictures will need to be provided.

For now, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
