Once the design is finalized, we work closely with trusted global partners who meet our strict standards for craftsmanship, durability, and ethical production. Every step of the process is carefully monitored to ensure that each piece reflects the quality and resilience we stand for — creating jewelry built to last a lifetime of summers.

We use high-quality 925 sterling silver as our base, finished with a thick layer of 16k gold plating for warmth and durability. Many of our designs feature nano stones or natural moonstones, chosen for their shimmer and connection to the shoreline.

Yes! Our jewelry is nickel-free and skin-safe, making it suitable for most sensitive skin types.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store it in a dry place, preferably in a soft pouch or box. A gentle polish with a soft cloth will bring back its shine.

We don’t recommend it. Water, salt, and chemicals can shorten the life of your plating and dull your stones. Your jewelry will last much longer if you take it off before swimming or showering.

We offer free shipping on all orders!

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Australia takes around 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only available if your jewelry arrives faulty. Exchanges are welcome within 14 days, provided the piece is unworn, in its original packaging, and is not an earring. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please reach out to us straight away with photos, and we’ll sort it out for you.
